Mother questioned over genocide of two-year-old daughter

A mom is being questioned by military currently on guess of murdering her two-year-old daughter.

Sonia Bellfield, 29, is being questioned by police, after her daughter Jasmine was found passed at their home in Naylor Court, Dewsbury.

Officers knocked down Bellfields front doorway yesterday afternoon after requests from healthcare workers.

Bellfields crony and next doorway neighbour Janine Barraclough, 36, claimed amicable services had in jeopardy to take afar Jasmine about a month ago.

She said: They pronounced they were going to take her child afar and they came turn banging and kicking on the door.

She was a great mum, a shining mum. That child was so well looked after. She would wish for nothing.

Barraclough described the toddler as happy and pleasing with shy brownish-red hair and blue eyes.

She last saw Bellfield, who is distant from Jasmines father, about a week ago and claimed she was fine.

The means of genocide is not well known and a post mortem is being carried out today.

West Yorkshire Police mouthpiece said: "At 2pm on Friday military attended an residence at Naylor Court, Dewsbury in await of a ask from health caring workers.

"Inside they found the physique of a dual and a half year old girl. A twenty-nine year old lady was arrested at the stage on guess of murder. Police are not seeking for any one else in tie with the incident.

"A Forensic Post Mortem will be carried out on Saturday by Home Office Pathologist Prof Peter Vanezis to settle means of death."

The residence remained hermetic off currently whilst investigations in to the tragedy continued.
